Lemonsicle Pops

  1. Combine water and sugar in a microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 3 minutes or until bboiling.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir in rind and let cool completely.
  4. Stir mixture through a sieve into a bowl, and discard rind.
  5. Stir in juice and liqueur,.
  6. Divide mixture among 6 (4 ounce) ice pop molds, and top with lid.
  7. Insert craft sticks.
  8. Freeze for 4 hours or until thoroughly frozen.
