Citrus Spinach & Rice Salad

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  2. Cool.
  3. Peel orange, separate into segments and cut segments into thirds.
  4. Toss rice, spinach (1/8 pound = 1 cup chopped spinach), orange pieces, onions (sliced and separated into rings) and dressing.
  5. Serve your salad with string cheese sticks and TRISCUITS.
