Penne Arrabiata

  1. Cook pasta in a large sauce pan with salted boiling water until tender.
  2. You may refer the packet instructions also.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In another large deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat, add onion and stir until soft
  5. Add garlic and chilli flakes, cook until fragrant.
  6. About 1 min
  7. Add tomato and bring to simmer.
  8. Simmer for 3 to 4 min or until sauce is thickened.
  9. Add chicken and oregano and stir.
  10. Now add the cooked pasta and toss well.
  11. Season with enough salt and pepper and garnish with cilantro leaves.
  12. May be served with salad or toasted bread.
