Okara Salad for Dieters
- 1 Fresh okara
- 1 Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 small can Canned tuna
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- In a frying pan, stir and dry-roast the okara over medium heat.
- Take care not to burn it.
- Slice the onion and soak it in water.
- Parboil the mixed vegetables in boiling water.
- Drain the mixed vegetables and the sliced onions.
- Combine the vegetables, onion, and the canned tuna including the oil with the okara from Step 1.
- Season with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to finish.
