Sliced Pork and Zucchini Fried with Oyster-Mayo Sauce
- 400 grams Sliced pork chunks
- 2 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 clove Chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Ground sesame (white)
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and rub with cooking sake.
- Slice the zucchini into 2-3 mm slices.
- Heat mayonnaise and garlic in a pan on medium heat.
- When the mayo begins to melt, add the pork.
- When the pork is about 80% cooked through, add the zucchini and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- When the zucchini gets tender, stir in the oyster sauce.
- Turn the heat up to high and cook for about 1-2 minutes until the water reduces.
- Sprinkle as much sesame as you like!
