Creamed Corn
- 3 (15 1/4 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 34 cup evaporated milk
- 14 cup milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 18 cup onion, minced
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- pepper
- Heat corn and milk gradually.
- Stir in egg.
- Add 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, onion, and sesasoning.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased pan.
- Melt butter and pour over 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
