Grilled Caramel-Marshmallow Bananas
- 4 bananas, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 8 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
- 1/2 cup cajeta (goat milk caramel)
- 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Arrange banana slices in single layer in centers of 8 sheets of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top each with 1 cookie, 1 Tbsp.
- cajeta and 1/4 cup marshmallows.
- Bring up foil sides.
- Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Grill 4 to 5 min.
- or until marshmallows are slightly melted.
- Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.
