BBQ-Style Meatloaf Minis

• 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
• 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and garlic powder until blended.
3. Press into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Make indentation in centre of each with back of spoon; fill with sauce.
5. Bake 30 min.
6. or until done (160 degrees F).
7. Top with Cheez Whiz; bake 5 min.
8. or until melted.
