Florentine Beef Scramble

• 1 12 lbs hamburger meat
• 12 small onion, diced
• 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 12 cup heavy cream
• 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350F Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
2. Brown the ground beef and onion.
3. Drain off any fat.
4. Add the spinach and cook through.
5. Soften the cream cheese, and add into the mixture.
6. Add salt, pepper, cream and parmesan cheese.
7. Blend well in to the beef mixture.
8. Bake, uncovered for about 30 minutes, until browned on top.
