Hickory Smoked Barbecued Ribs
- 3 kg ribs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 14 cup soya sauce
- 13 cup malt vinegar
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 14 cup corn syrup
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add 1/2 the barbecue sauce to ribs and bake at 250 for 11/2 hours, then add remaining barbecue sauce and continue baking until ribs are done.
