Susan Marie's Cabbage & Potatoes

  1. In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Add butter & melt.
  3. Add onion and potatoes to skillet; stir & cook until browned over medium to medium high heat.
  4. Add chopped cabbage, stir fry until starting to wilt.
  5. Add water.
  6. Allow to cook over medium to medium high heat until cabbage is wilted and potatoes are tender.
  7. Add seasonings and ham.
  8. Stir to heat ham through.
  9. You may add salt & pepper to your taste after cooking.
  10. Seasonings are approximate--you may adjust to your taste preference.
