Beer Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 can beer
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin c., filling them about half full.
- Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven 10 min or possibly till biscuits rise and are golden brown.
- Serve warm, straight from the oven.
- Makes about 10.
