Mexican Marinated Chicken

  1. Coat chicken with 1/2 cup of the salsa in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Drain chicken; discard marinade.
  5. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan.
  6. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining 1/2 cup salsa and topping with the Singles during the last few minutes of the chicken broiling time.
  7. Serve with rice.
