Mexican Marinated Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb.)
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
- 4 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- Coat chicken with 1/2 cup of the salsa in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag; cover.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat broiler.
- Drain chicken; discard marinade.
- Place chicken on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining 1/2 cup salsa and topping with the Singles during the last few minutes of the chicken broiling time.
- Serve with rice.
