English Muffin Pizza

• 4 English muffins, cut in half
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 6 mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 12 cup olive, thinly sliced
• 1 (6 ounce) bag pepperoni
• 8 slices mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spread each half muffin with tomato sauce.
3. Add any combination from the ingredients listed, ending with the cheese on top.
4. Heat in oven until the cheese melts.
