Big Daddys grilled Avocado

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove seed.
  2. Pre - heat your grill.
  3. High heat
  4. Rub some olive oil on both halves and sprinkle the salt, pepper, pepper flakes and celery flakes on them.
  5. Place them face down on grill for about 5 minutes then rotate.
  6. Take off the grill and fill in the seed spot with the salsa.
  7. Cover in foil for another 5 minutes.
