Vickys Pork and Apple Meatloaf

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease a loaf tin
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand
  3. Press into the loaf tin and bake for 90 minutes.
  4. If you want to, spread some tomato ketchup or BBQ sauce over the top first
  5. Let cool completely and drain off excess fat before slicing
  6. Serve warm with boiled potatoes, greens and onion stuffing and gravy, or cold with potato salad and chutney.
  7. Goes great with my fruity brown sauce!
