Apple and Fennel Salad

• 5 ounces pasta, spinach fettuccine fresh
• 1 small fennel bulb sliced
• 2 medium apples, granny smith peeled and cubed
• 1 small red onion sliced

1. Thoroughly wash spinach, removing fibrous stems.
2. Dry and place in salad bowl.
3. Add fennel, apples and onions.
4. Toss with Celery Seed Dressing.
5. Trim with fennel tops.
