Turkey Meatballs
- 16 ounces white ground turkey (1 package)
- 1 cup of chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon tony's seasoning
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic
- 1 12 teaspoons oregano
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup old fashioned oats
- 14 parmesan cheese, plus some for garnish
- pasta sauce
- Preheat to 400.
- Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 inch balls.
- They will shrink down some.
- Cook for about 30-45 minutes.
- After cooked serve with maraina sauce and parmesan cheese.
