Colorful Rice Balls with Edamame and Red Shiso
- 1 bag Edamame
- 1 tbsp Seasoning with red shiso leaves (yukari, etc.)
- 700 grams Cooked rice
- Boil the edamame is salted water.
- Remove from the shells.
- Here are some tips on boiling them -
- Add the edamame from Step 1 into the cooked rice.
- Stir in the red shiso and then form into rice balls.
