Potato Casserole

  1. In a large mixing bowl mix hashbrowns and shredded cheese
  2. In seperate smaller bowl mix sour cream with 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
  3. Add sour cream and cream of chicken mixture to hash browns and shredded cheese.
  4. Mix and add chopped onions making sure ingrediants are mixed evenly.
  5. Put Potato Casserole in a buttered 9 x 13 casserole pan or conventional baking pan , preheat oven to 350F
  6. Sprinkle corn flakes on top spreading evenly and coat the topping with melted butter.
  7. Place in oven backing for 1 hour
