Potato Casserole
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped, white onion
- 1 Orida Southern Style hashbrowns (1 bag)
- 1 can Cream of chicken
- 16 oz Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded chedder cheese
- 2 cup Original Corn flakes
- 16 tbsp Melted butter(1 stick)
- In a large mixing bowl mix hashbrowns and shredded cheese
- In seperate smaller bowl mix sour cream with 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
- Add sour cream and cream of chicken mixture to hash browns and shredded cheese.
- Mix and add chopped onions making sure ingrediants are mixed evenly.
- Put Potato Casserole in a buttered 9 x 13 casserole pan or conventional baking pan , preheat oven to 350F
- Sprinkle corn flakes on top spreading evenly and coat the topping with melted butter.
- Place in oven backing for 1 hour
