Blackberry Vinaigrette With Gelatin Recipe

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cool water and lemon juice in blender.
  2. Let stand 2 min.
  3. Add in boiling water & process on low till gelatin is dissolved, about 2 min.
  4. Combine vinegar and sugar.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add in vinegar & sugar and the remaining ingredients to the gelatin and chill for 2 hrs.
  7. Stir before serving.
  8. Good for 50 days, covered and refrigerated.
