Hidden Valley Ranch Quiche Lorraine
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 package salad dressing, italian
- 1 slice bacon cooked
- 1 slice ham cut up
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese into pie crust.
- Whisk eggs .
- Add other ingredients including the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Mix well.
- Place in pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 350F (180C).
- and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, until center is set.
