Santa Fe Stuffed Peppers
- 1 pouch simulated ground beef
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 3/4 cup cooked white or brown rice
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 1 pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Heat and stir 1 pouch simulated ground beef, 1/2 cup each frozen corn and salsa in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add 3/4 cup cooked white or brown rice, 1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shreds and 1 Tbsp.
- chopped cilantro (optional).
- Cut 1 large pepper in half and remove seeds.
- Fill each pepper-half with rice mixture.
- Mix 1/2 cup salsa with 2 Tbsp.
- water in an 8-inch baking dish.
- Top with stuffed peppers.
- Cover with foil and bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
- Spoon sauce from dish over peppers before serving.
