Santa Fe Stuffed Peppers

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Heat and stir 1 pouch simulated ground beef, 1/2 cup each frozen corn and salsa in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 3/4 cup cooked white or brown rice, 1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shreds and 1 Tbsp.
  4. chopped cilantro (optional).
  5. Cut 1 large pepper in half and remove seeds.
  6. Fill each pepper-half with rice mixture.
  7. Mix 1/2 cup salsa with 2 Tbsp.
  8. water in an 8-inch baking dish.
  9. Top with stuffed peppers.
  10. Cover with foil and bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
  11. Spoon sauce from dish over peppers before serving.
