My Grandma's Taco Salad

  1. In large skillet, brown hamburger on medium-high heat; add in taco seasoning as it cooks.
  2. Chop cheese in small squares.
  3. Place lettuce on individual plates.
  4. Drain the kidney beans and the olives.
  5. Put a fair amount of meat over lettuce on each plate, top with kidney beans, olives, and last but not least a small handful of cheese.
  6. Crunch some doritos with your hand and place on top of each salad.
  7. Serve with thousand island dressing.
