Bacon Cornbread Muffins
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. white flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. diced crisp bacon
- 3 c. flour
- 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. corn meal
- 1 c. white flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 2 c. sour milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 c. white flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Stir together eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and margarine, then combine with dry ingredients. Divide in two greased pie pans.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
