A Tie-Dyed Fathers Day: BBQ Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers
- 1 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 1/2 whole Pineapple (peeled, Cored And Cut Into Chunks, Feel Free To Cut Whole Pineapple And Save Leftovers As A Snack!)
- 1 cup Favorite BBQ Sauce
- Non-stick Cooking Spray (if Using A Grill Pan)
- Wooden Kebab Skewers (amount Used Varies)
- 1.
- Toss pineapple and shrimp in a bowl with the BBQ sauce until coated.
- 2.
- Assemble shrimp and pineapple onto skewers.
- 3.
- Spray a grill pan with non-stick spray and heat on medium-high heat.
- 4.
- When grill pan is hot add the skewers.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, until shrimp is opaque.
- 5.
- Remove from grill pan and serve either on plates or in cups.
