A Tie-Dyed Fathers Day: BBQ Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers

  2. Toss pineapple and shrimp in a bowl with the BBQ sauce until coated.

  4. Assemble shrimp and pineapple onto skewers.

  6. Spray a grill pan with non-stick spray and heat on medium-high heat.

  8. When grill pan is hot add the skewers.
  9. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, until shrimp is opaque.

  11. Remove from grill pan and serve either on plates or in cups.
