Carrot Cake

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Combine next 5 ingredients in large bowl; stir well.
  3. Add flour mixture and all other ingredients to egg/oil mixture and stir well.
  4. Prepare 3 (8-inch) cake pans by greasing pans.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing.
  6. Peel wax paper and cool.
  7. Frost, cover and refrigerate.
