Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

  1. For the pasta:
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and then add the heavy cream.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and then add the spices and lemon juice.
  4. Cook the sauce for a 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to box directions.
  6. When its done drain the pasta, immediately return it to the pot, pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta and stir.
  7. Set aside.
  8. For the chicken:
  9. Put the butter into a microwave safe bowl.
  10. Melt the butter in the microwave (should take only a minute or two but keep an eye on it because it will pop and sputter).
  11. Then stir in the Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce.
  12. Grill the chicken over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and slathering with the butter and Worcestershire mixture after each turn.
