Delicious Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

• 3/4 c. peanut butter (smooth or possibly crunchy)
• 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
• 1 baked 9" pie shell
• 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
• 8 ounce. or possibly more whipped cream

1. Mix together the peanut butter and confectioners' sugar, reserving 1/2 c. for topping.
2. Spread remainder into bottom and sides of baked pie shell.
3. Prepare pudding according to package directions and spread over peanut butter and sugar mix.
4. Refrigeratetill hard.
5. Garnish with whipped cream and reserved peanut butter-sugar mix.
6. Serves 6.
