Great for Lunch - Simple! Natto Omurice
- 1 Egg
- 1 pack Natto
- 1 rice bowl's worth Cooked rice (warm)
- 1 dash each Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Milk (if you have)
- 15 grams Butter
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Ketchup
- 1 Dried parsley, grated cheese
- Break the egg into a bowl and lightly beat it.
- Add the ingredients and mix well.
- Heat up a frying pan and melt some butter in it.
- Then add Step 1 and use chopsticks to mix in a circular motion.
- Once it's half-cooked, use a spatula to adjust the shape.
- Make the shape and then place it at the edge of the frying pan.
- Turn over the pan onto a plate to place the omelet.
- Top with ketchup and mayonnaise and it's complete!
- Super-Simple Microwave Version
- Beat the eggs in a deep heat-resistant dish.
- Add all the ingredients and mix, then microwave as-is for about 2 minutes (definitely use milk in this version).
- Turn the dish over as if it were a lid to remove the egg.
- Top with ketchup and mayonnaise and it's complete.
- You can also eat it from the dish, and top with the mayonnaise and ketchup there.
- Maybe one less plate you'll have to wash.
