Great for Lunch - Simple! Natto Omurice

  1. Break the egg into a bowl and lightly beat it.
  2. Add the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat up a frying pan and melt some butter in it.
  4. Then add Step 1 and use chopsticks to mix in a circular motion.
  5. Once it's half-cooked, use a spatula to adjust the shape.
  6. Make the shape and then place it at the edge of the frying pan.
  7. Turn over the pan onto a plate to place the omelet.
  8. Top with ketchup and mayonnaise and it's complete!
  9. Super-Simple Microwave Version
  10. Beat the eggs in a deep heat-resistant dish.
  11. Add all the ingredients and mix, then microwave as-is for about 2 minutes (definitely use milk in this version).
  12. Turn the dish over as if it were a lid to remove the egg.
  13. Top with ketchup and mayonnaise and it's complete.
  14. You can also eat it from the dish, and top with the mayonnaise and ketchup there.
  15. Maybe one less plate you'll have to wash.
