Quinoa Salad with Watercress, Pomegranates and Apples

  1. Mix dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake well.
  2. Add all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
  3. Add dressing right before serving.
  4. Will keep in the fridge for a few days.
