Hamburger Loaf Wellington Recipe

  1. Combine meats, onion soup, bread crumbs, catsup, Parmesan, 2 Large eggs, oregano, basil and garlic pwdr.
  2. On foil, form meat mix into 10 x 12 inch rectangle.
  3. Layer ham and then mozzarella on top leaving small margin around edges.
  4. Start at short end and roll up jelly roll fashion - using foil to lift.
  5. Roll out pastry and cover meat roll entirely.
  6. Prick and brush with egg and water.
  7. Place on rack in pan.
  8. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
