Chicken And Vegetable A L'orange Recipe

  1. In 10" skillet, over medium heat, heat oil till warm, 3 min.
  2. Meanwhile, on sheet of wax paper, mix together flour, salt and paprika.
  3. Coat chicken pcs.
  4. Brown chicken in warm oil, 3 min on each side.
  5. In small bowl, mix together orange juice and 4 Tbsp.
  6. of the marmalade.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Reduce heat to medium low.
  9. Cover and cook 6 min.
  10. Remove chicken.
  11. Stir liquid removed carrots and frzn peas and onions into skillet.
  12. Place chicken on top.
  13. Spread remaining 1 Tbsp.
  14. marmalade over chicken.
  15. Cover and cook over medium high for 5 min, or possibly till heated through.
  16. Serves 4.
  17. (Good served with rice.)
