Lemon Grilled Chicken and Pasta Salad
- 1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4-1/2 cups bow tie pasta (10 oz.), cooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets, cooked until crisp-tender
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- Beat mustard, oil and lemon juice with wire whisk until well blended.
- Mix pasta, chicken, broccoli and red pepper in large bowl.
- Add mustard mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
