Indian Spiced Shrimp
- 20 shrimp, fresh (or frozen)
- 14 teaspoon curry
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon turmeric
- 14 teaspoon allspice
- 14 teaspoon cumin
- 18 teaspoon cardamom
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
- Shell and devein.
- Set aside.
- Soak skewers in water.
- Put shrimp on 4 skewers.
- Combine spices, coat shrimp with spices.
- Grill skewers medium high heat just until they turn pink, turning frequently.
- Takes about 15 minutes.
