Indian Spiced Shrimp

  1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
  2. Shell and devein.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Soak skewers in water.
  5. Put shrimp on 4 skewers.
  6. Combine spices, coat shrimp with spices.
  7. Grill skewers medium high heat just until they turn pink, turning frequently.
  8. Takes about 15 minutes.
