The Bitter Truth

• 2 ounces Aperol
• 2 ounces prosecco
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• Club soda, to top
• Finely grated orange zest, for garnish

1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
2. Add the Aperol, prosecco and Angostura bitters and top off with club soda.
3. Garnish with orange zest and serve.
