Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Chop the red onion in a fine dice.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, the shredded Parmesan cheese, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and garlic salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add in the whipping cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Place mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring twice during cooking time.
  7. Serve on tortilla chips.
  8. It WILL get devoured!
