Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded (not Grated) Parmesan Cheese
- 1 box (10 Oz. Box) Frozen Spinach Drained And Squeezed Of Liquid
- 1 can (about 14 Oz. Can) Drained And Chopped Artichoke Hearts, Not Marinated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 3/4 quarts Whipping Cream
- Chop the red onion in a fine dice.
- Add the mayonnaise, the shredded Parmesan cheese, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and garlic salt.
- Mix well.
- Add in the whipping cream, stirring to combine.
- Place mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring twice during cooking time.
- Serve on tortilla chips.
- It WILL get devoured!
