5 Alarm Pork Chops

  1. Add habanero, rice vinegar, and coconut extract to red chile oil.
  2. Let sit for 24 hours.
  3. Marinade pork chops overnight.
  4. Do not rinse or remove oil marinade from chops.
  5. Season.
  6. Bake at 350 until pork reaches desired doneness.
  7. Serve with milk.
  8. Dairy will cool the flames
