Broccoli Tuna Roll Ups Recipe
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can tuna fish, liquid removed and flaked
- 1 pkt minced broccoli, (10 ounce.) thawed & liquid removed Or possibly
- 2 1/2 c. fresh broccoli, cut up
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 x tomato, minced
- 6 sm tortillas, (7 inch)
- Combine soup and lowfat milk and set aside.
- Combine tuna, broccoli, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can onions.
- Stir in 3/4 c. soup mix.
- Divide tuna mix proportionately between the tortillas and roll up.
- Place seam side down in lightly greased 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
- Stir tomato into remaining soup and pour over top.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and cook on high for 15 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions and cook on high for 5 min.
- Makes 6 servings.
