Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 c. water
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 1 pound bag frzn broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- Combine bouillon cubes, water, celery, and onion.
- Cook for 20 min.
- Add in potatoes, carrots, and broccoli; cook till tender.
- Add in soup and cheese.
- Stir till melted and serve.
- Can be frzn.
- May substitute chicken bouillon cubes and water with 4 c. of homemade chicken broth.
