Orange Thyme Broiled Salmon

  1. Combine orange juice, olive oil, thyme, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a resealble plastic bag.
  2. Add salmon fillets and coat well.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, turning once.
  4. Remove salmon and discard marinate.
  5. Broil fish 10 minutes or until flakes with fork.
