Mandarin Chicken Salad

  1. Heat nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, season chicken with salt.
  3. Add chicken to skillet; cook 5 to 7 min.
  4. on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees F).
  5. Slice chicken.
  6. Arrange greens on two serving plates; top with chicken, oranges, snow peas, almonds and carrots.
  7. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
