Pear Cheesecake
- 1 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can bartlett pears
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Crust: Combine all ingredients.
- Press into a 9x13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
- Filling: Beat ingredients until smooth then pour into cooled crust.
- Topping: Drain and cut pears into wedges.
- Lay wedges on cream cheese mixture in rows.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on pears.
- Bake and 350F for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
