Jello Squares
- 2 34 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 12 cup melted butter
- 1 (85 g) packagejello strawberry jelly powder
- 1 12 cups boiling water
- 13 cup corn syrup
- 12 pint whipping cream
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 12 cup green cherries, cut fine and drained
- 12 cup red cherries, cut fine and drained
- Mix together first 2 ingredients.
- Save 1/4 cup for topping.
- Press remainder in 9x9-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 325F.
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add syrup.
- Let partly set.
- Whip Cream; fold in icing sugar.
- Fold partly set Jello mixture with cream mixture.
- Mix in the green and red cherries.
- Pour over cooled crumbs.
- Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
- Store in refrigerator overnight.
