Starfruit and Chili Preserve (Caramola)

  1. Finely chop all ingredients.
  2. Cook uncovered over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. You may need to add a little water, red wine or orange juice.
  4. While hot pour into sterilized jars and use good canning procedures.
  5. Otherwise refrigerate and consume in the near future.
