Turkey Neck Supreme

  1. Boil turkey necks with salt and pepper until almost tender. Add onions, bell pepper and carrots and continue to simmering until carrots are almost tender.
  2. Add noodles; simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, peas and crushed red pepper.
  4. Make a paste with flour and water.
  5. Stir in and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with Mexican cornbread.
  7. Quick and easy.
  8. A complete meal for the working woman or overworked housewife!
