Fig & tofu stuffed mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan.
  2. Add tofu and all spices.
  3. Cook until tofu starts turning brown.
  4. Preheat oven to 350
  5. While tofu is cooking (or before) chop up figs into thin round slices.
  6. Add figs to tofu and cook about 5 minutes until flavors start to mix.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Cut out the stem and gills of the mushrooms.
  9. Add mixture to the inside of each mushroom and bake about 10-15 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.
