Crispy deep fried chicken strips

  1. Heat up deep fryer/ prepare dipping-coating area.
  2. cut chicken into strips about half inch thick and soak chicken in a cup of milk
  3. mix flour, paparika,salt ,pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder place in two bowls.
  4. and 2 eggs and a cup of milk in seperate bowl.
  5. once oil is 350F.
  6. i drop the tray in so the chicken dosent stick.
  7. with one hand take the chicken a piece at a time coat fully in flour bowl.
  8. dip and flip in egg mix dip in last flour bowl fully coated and carefully drop in fryer.
  9. I normally fry them for at least 8 minutes.
  10. before they get dark dark brown they are good.
  11. remove and set on a paper bag.
