Crispy deep fried chicken strips
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 5 tbsp smoked paparika
- 2 breast chicken
- 4 tbsp peper
- 3 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp Oregano
- 3 tbsp Basil
- 3 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup milk
- Heat up deep fryer/ prepare dipping-coating area.
- cut chicken into strips about half inch thick and soak chicken in a cup of milk
- mix flour, paparika,salt ,pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder place in two bowls.
- and 2 eggs and a cup of milk in seperate bowl.
- once oil is 350F.
- i drop the tray in so the chicken dosent stick.
- with one hand take the chicken a piece at a time coat fully in flour bowl.
- dip and flip in egg mix dip in last flour bowl fully coated and carefully drop in fryer.
- I normally fry them for at least 8 minutes.
- before they get dark dark brown they are good.
- remove and set on a paper bag.
