Pork empanadas

  1. Cook meat until it is brown and then add the mix peppers; cook until peppers are soft
  2. Take the biscuits and roll them out making a circle; add some ranch, then cheese top with a little meat mixture
  3. Fold one half over sealing all sides with a fork and repeat the steps until all empanadas are made
  4. Take a cookie sheet, cover in foil and place empanadas on it; bake at 350F for 15mins or until biscuits are golden brown
  5. Serve and done; garnish with parsley and cheese
