Fruit and Nut Bars

  1. In a suacepan over medium heat, mix Splenda, peanut butter, salt and evaporated mik; stir frequently for about 5 minutes until ingredients are properly mixed and remove from heat.
  2. Add grated dark chocolate and stir well; set aside once chocolate has melted.
  3. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients and add chocolate mixture.
  4. Mix well until mixture forms a sticky paste.
  5. Pour into a prepared 8-inch pan lined wiht plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Remove from pan and cut into individal bars.
